Washing Instructions: Haqihana harnesses and leashes can be hand washed or machine washed on a delicate cycle (we suggest placing them in bags for washing delicate items). Wash with the same care as you would, for example, a wool sweater (gentle detergent and cold or room temperature water). Let dry by hanging in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not spin dry.

Warranty: Within five years of purchase, the harness is guaranteed against any defect, breakage, or other that does not fall under physiological wear and tear, provided the event occurs within the correct use of the item. Haqihana, therefore, reserves the right to verify its proper use. Improper use includes, for example, chewing the item, not following washing instructions, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or manipulations. Presenting the properly filled, stamped, and dated identification tag of the leash is an essential condition to benefit from the warranty. The damaged leash must be returned CLEAN - after telephone agreement - by mail to: Haqihana srl, Via Torino 12, 22070 Fenegrò (CO). Leashes received in poor hygienic conditions will be rejected
