Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, except for food products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an email clearly expressing your intention to withdraw before the expiry of the deadline. Merely returning the goods without a statement or refusing to take delivery are not sufficient to express your intention to withdraw. In any case, please contact us for any inquiries.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it is certainly possible to modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we, unfortunately, will not be able to make any modifications.
